Background:
| Liliana Srebrow has been a resident
of Contra Costa County since 1977, where she works and has raised a family. She is very
involved with the local community, school activities, Little League, soccer leagues,
Rotary Club, and has helped relocate many hundreds of families in and out of the Bay Area
over the years. Ms. Srebrow has owned
Srebrow Investment Resources since its inception in 1977. It was then she purchased some
income property and could not find a property management company who would satisfy her
requirements. She was looking for professionalism, accuracy, detailed work, good follow up
methods and maintenance systems, and a good flow of information, but could not find any
companies with these attributes. So she decided to manage her investment property herself.
Later, while working on financial plans with
clients, she discovered that these clients were also frustrated with the lack of good
property management in the area. Their properties were incorporated into her portfolio,
and the Property Management Division of Srebrow Investment Resources was started.
Over the years subsequent growth came with
further client referrals, eventually building Srebrow Investment Resources to be one of
the largest property management companies in Contra Costa County. Currently the company
handles between 70 and 100 properties, including single family homes, condominiums,
duplexes, triplexes and multi-unit properties of up to 16 units. |

 You will find the staff at Srebrow Investment Resources to
be very friendly and helpful. Our positive work environment attracts people who want to be
part of this dynamic company, and, as a result, our employees have been with us between
five and twelve years. Our staff has excellent problem solving and property maintenance
skills, which benefit not only the company, but also our landlords and tenants as well.
| Customer Service
- We are there to handle those day-to-day matters involving your property and your
tenants, including any maintenance or repair issues. Bookkeeping - Our job is to handle all accounting
matters, including collecting rents, creating your financial reports, and disbursing
funds.
Administrative Support -
We help run the office and handle any overflow of work from Customer Service and
Bookkeeping, as needed. |
